Cosa faremo

We’ll meet at Ristorante Tre Scalini, situated in Piazza Navona since 1815, historical place and witness of “la Dolce Vita”. We will after welcome you to our Tre Scalini Lab, from where you can see the magnificent Piazza Navona and put our hands to work! Celebrity Chef Alessandro Circiello & his team will teach you how to do two different types of pasta: the authentic fettuccine with Alfredo Sauce, Ragù Bolognese and Genovese pesto and the original ricotta and spinach ravioli with pachino tomato sauce. When we finish cooking, we’ll eat overlooking Bernini’s Fountain of the Four Rivers (a must for all Romans and tourists passing through Rome!). All participants will receive a welcome coffee, the Tre Scalini cookbook, and an unforgettable experience!
