Cooking class in Piazza Navona
I was born and raised in the countryside of southern Italy. Since I was a little girl I have been taught how to appreciate the simplicity and authenticity of the Italian cooking, along with the quality of its ingredients. Since then I have dreamt about sharing this passion and all the secrets of the Italian cuisine tradition. At the beginning of 2018 Tre Scalini Lab was born, a culinary experience where you will learn, laugh and cook traditional dishes in the heart of Rome, and taste some products from my hometown.
